Screen printing is a high-quality printing process in which ink is applied directly to the fabric using a rubber squeegee through a fine-mesh screen. The areas that are not to be printed are made ink-impermeable by a stencil. This results in a precise and durable print.
This process is particularly suitable for smaller print areas as well as simple logos and lettering.
For screen printing, we require vectorized print data in .eps, .ai, or .pdf format, as well as the corresponding Pantone color definitions.
Since printing costs depend on the size of the print area and the number of individual screen prints per umbrella, we would be happy to provide you with a customized quote based on your layout specifications. Please refer to the table below for the flat-rate printing setup fees.

Digital printing (transfer printing) is a modern printing process in which colors are first digitally printed onto transfer paper using special inks and then transferred onto the fabric. This results in vibrant, high-detail prints.
This printing process is particularly suitable for large print areas as well as multicolored logos, images, and photos.
For digital printing, we require image files in CMYK with a resolution of at least 300 dpi or vectorized print data.
